Sam is an Idaho Native, born in Nampa in 1978 whose passion for Commercial Real Estate started at an early age. As a second generation realtor, talks of leases and deals were always the topic of conversation at the dinner table.
A licensed Realtor in the State of Idaho since July 2002, Sam worked briefly for Keller Williams Realty before joining the DK Commercial team in December. Today Sam’s focus is primarily on Office and Land transactions. The pro-active and energetic approach often times results in his clients capitalizing on properties that are not yet known to the market..
In his off time, he enjoys exercising, reading, and listening to his motivational library of CD’s. Sam also volunteers at the Idaho Food Bank and the Idaho Veterans Home.
