Larry Van Hees Resume

Larry Van Hees has been involved in the construction and development of both residential and commercial real estate for over 37 years in the Treasure Valley. Larry specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing, land use analysis and acquisition, financial incentive facilitation, and site selection. With over 30+ years in real estate, Larry has the knowledge and experience to successfully provide his clients with the highest level of service.

Larry is a native Idahoan, graduating from Meridian High School and serving in the U.S. Navy. Due to extensive real estate experience, Larry has been appointed the life director for three major contractor associations; the Building Contractors Association of SW Idaho, the Idaho State Building Contractors Association and the National Association of Home Builders. Larry is also the past President of the Bronco Athletic Association and continues to be a Bronco Booster.

Larry has developed long-term relationships with many key figures in the building and developing industry and other supportive businesses over the years. Using the experience and extensive understanding of the real estate industry, Larry can help his clients make critical decisions. Larry is a strong believer that every client will be represented with integrity and provided honest and exceptional service.

Larry and his wife, Carolyn, have been married 48 years and have two daughters, Tonja and Tricia, and three grandchildren. Larry enjoys Boise State football and vacationing on his Harley with his wife and friends.
